2011 Holiday Party at Zanes

Sorry for the last minute notice again, but…
It is that time again!! so everyone try and make the Sale and Party!!!

It’s a party, Ho Ho Holiday Sale!

Tom Girard has graciously invited all Force 5 members, (and future members) to a private sale at Zanes Store

Wednesday December 21st, starting at 7:45, right after the Yoga Class

We all know the usual discounts we get there, and Tom has offered special stock and discounts too!

Bring your check books, because he has plenty of Zipp wheels!

Member families are all welcome, also past and possible future members are too!

The Team will provide Pizza, (the healthy kind), Salads and refreshments, so we can shop without hunger pains.

It has been a long season for most and we would like to see the team get together, so try to make the time to come out! … get a baby sitter or bring them too, set the DVR or get someone else to cover you at work…

age groupers who don’t like late nights, I have convinced Kelly to get a Jazz
band in there this Friday from 7-10pm. Since it’s Valentines day weekend, we

turf). So come listen to some smooth Jazz and get some carbs and protein in
before your long weekend workouts (you guys are going long already aren’t you)!

Bike 101

Tomorrow should be a beautiful day, please stop by for all or part of the following:

10:00(ish) Group ride starting from my house (5 Union St. Branford)
11:00 (or whenever riders get back) Bike 101 (bring your bikes and gear…plus lots of questions to ask the experts!)
12:00-on BBQ (plenty of food and beer up for grabs!)
